Make sure your device / iPhone 3G or 3GS safe from static electricity.

 | Step 1 Follow all the steps carefully until you separated the front panel. | |
 | Step 2 Now remove all the screws which hold the iPhone 3G or 3GS main board. | |
 | Step 3 Pull off the iPhone 3G or 3GS dock connector ribbon cable (cable no.4) carefully. | |
 | Step 4 Pull off the 3G / 3GS' cable of antenna connector antenna. | |
 | Step 5 In this step, the picture shows cable 4 and 7 have been already pulled off from the main board. | |
 | Step 6 Then pull off carefully the connectors (it must be two connectors) at the top left corner of the 3G / 3GS' main board. | |
 | Step 10 Later, you need to lift the 3G / 3GS' main board from the blackplate. Done! |
